Pet Portraits: The Perfect Christmas Gift

I create pet portraits from your photo’s and if you are local, I can come and take a few pictures with you and get to know the subject. This is the bit I love, I have met some very much loved characters and then when I look back through the photo’s with the owners it can be quite a giggle!

It is also a way to keep these pets who we become so close to near. I had a call from a lady last week who had just lost her beloved companion Sabre. She told me that seeing his portrait on her wall had been such a comfort in the initial days after losing him.

The Gift of Love and Memories

I never know what to buy my husband for either birthdays or Christmas. What more could he possibly want : ) For his last birthday I gave him a sketch of his side kick Bea. We say our, but definitely his scatty Irish Setter best friend. She puts up with me during the day and counts down the minutes until his truck pulls up at the gate and literally greets him with the biggest smile. Now he’s had some expensive gifts in the past, some of which he didn’t even get out of the box but this picture of Bea is pride of place in his office.
