Horse and Pony Portraits in Pastel

I use pastel pencil to create a realistic portrait of your horse or pony. The colours are vibrant and using the highest quality brands such as Stabilo, Caran d’Ache, Cretacolor, Derwent and Faber-Castell your portrait will certainly stand the test of time and create a memorable gift or keepsake.

I have created portraits for competition sport horses, much loved and very naughty cobs, Connemara ponies, Welsh ponies and recently Baby jack, a very cheeky foal, full of mischief! All commissions are created on Clairfontaine Pastelmat either card or board, it is a wonderful surface and comes in a variety of colours.

I hope that my passion for horses, their grace, their expression and their character is visible when each commission is complete.
